Patient Insight and Intelligence Reports
Feedback, insight and intelligence we receive from patients is cross-referenced and analysed alongside patient experience and complaints data gathered by our Patient Experience Team.
Collated data is then reviewed systematically by clinical and programme leads and used by the Patient Experience and Communications and Engagement Teams to produce an annual Patient Insight and Intelligence Report.
This review of evidence from patient and public feedback is used as commissioning intelligence to help develop programme and project plans that address the needs identified and also to target future communication, engagement and patient experience measurement activity.
The Patient Insight and Intelligence Report is received by our Governing Body annually and shared across the organisation to help inform and guide our commissioning approach.
It also forms the basis of our annual You Said, We Did event, part of an internal assurance process, which enables programme teams to showcase how their programme utilises patient experience data and information, including highlighting what has changed as a result.
